Happy National Pancake Day

To all my dear readers, just wanted to wish you a Happy National Pancake Day.  So go ahead, fry up a flapjack, heat up a griddle cake, slather on the butter and empty out the syrup…this is America!  We love pancakes so much we made a day out of it.  And for all you waffle lovers, its basically a plaid pancake so it counts.
