Today, whilst browsing the Internet, I noticed a story about by NBC. It was a pictorial slide show entitled “Caught In Awkwardness”. It featured several prominent figure skating couples in awkward situations.
I could understand if the comic organization had put this out, however, I don't understand why NBC, the very ones paying to broadcast the Olympics, would intentionally tried to humiliate world class athletes with split second embarrassing pictures taken during a 10 minute routine.
I guess it just goes to show that when you're in last place as far as the networks go you will do just about anything to claw your way back to bronze.
